The Maintenance Director is responsible for the overall appearance and maintenance for both communities.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Resolve and provide preventative maintenance and repairs on A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliances Complete repairs in resident bedrooms and bathrooms Maintain outside grounds Conduct daily and monthly physical site of entire community Complete work orders promptly Must be able to multitask and prioritize Must be able lift at least 50lbs Must be able to work independently Must be available for after-hour emergency calls when needed Skills Required:
General maintenance Electrical - A plus HVAC- A plus Plumbing Requirements:
Must have a least (2) years of maintenance experience Must be able to pass a criminal background check Valid Driver's License required Reliable transportation required Job Type:
