Key Responsibilities Lead development, validation and optimization of liquid chromatography methods for analysis of OLED products. Interface with business and technical collaborators to understand priorities, solve problems and communicate findings. Deliver high quality results, conclusions, and recommendations. Demonstrate project ownership behavior. Suggest and implement process improvements. Maintain a safe working environment. Ensure the lab follows safety protocols. Qualifications A degree in Chemistry, materials science, physics, engineering or related discipline. A PhD with 0-5 years, Masters +5, or Bachelors +7 years of industrial work experience. In-depth understanding of method development within an analytical chemistry discipline preferably with a liquid chromatography focus. Previous experience with advanced data analysis techniques, Waters Empower software, and or LC-MS preferred. Ability to lead the development and implementation of LC methods designed to separate small molecule impurities, reaction intermediates and final products. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clearly communicate results and conclusions to stakeholders (both internal and external), driving research and enabling sales. Able to write reports, give presentations, and lead discussions. Able to work in a team as a contributor and leader.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Chemical Engineering, Physical SciencesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
