9K a year ($1,500 Sign on Bonus) Seeking a full-time Home Health LPN for the Monroeville and surrounding area.
Quality Life Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is ready to make a difference in the lives of older adults.
As an LPN you'll be part of a collaborative team whose energy, communication and dedication are valued and rewarded Essential Functions include but not limited to:
Follow established standards of nursing practices to care for homebound patients Document patient progress notes as required.
Provide appropriate pain and symptom management.
Evaluate patient response to treatments and medications.
Competently perform basic nursing skills.
Follow comprehensive care plans related to medication administration based on each resident's needs and his/her comprehensive assessment as assigned.
