Loughner Massage & Lash Boutique is looking to hire a dedicated professional to take on the role as a Spa and Front Desk Assistant.
This position requires skills in customer/client service, administration, sales, social media marketing, and cleaning.
We are also looking for someone who is willing to be trained and certified in services we offer that are not massage or skin care related.
They will also be assisting other employees with cleaning and helping get their stations ready for clients.
Our new hire must be a go-getter who is detail oriented, has knowledge of the services we offer, takes initiative in finding tasks to complete, and be able to keep a clean and organized environment.
They must be trustworthy, reliable, and able to interact positively with coworkers and clients.
This is a temporary, part-time position (25 hours) that can easily turn into a permanent, full-time position with the right hire.
After 3 months, an evaluation will be held to discuss attendance, job performance, and if a permanent position is able to be offered.
Pay starts at $15 an hour with a monthly bonus if goals are met.
