The Visual Merchandiser is critical in ensuring we meet that goal, by implementing the visual merchandising strategy.
This person creates appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
This role reports directly to the Store Manager.

o Responsible for the overall presentation of the showroom o Executes floor set changes including new and discontinued items o Managers inventory to discourage overages and shortages o Assists in fostering an energetic and positive working environment o Listens to the customers' needs and presents possible options What will help you succeed:
o Possesses a strong sense of style and ability to create visually appealing displays o High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience o Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and team members o Track record of serving others and putting team goals first o Owners' mindset; takes ownership over everything within scope of responsibility o Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems Job Type:
