Job Duties Include:
Addressing client concerns or inquiries through phone calls, email correspondence, and our web-based order resolution system.
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in order processing and accurate data entry.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
