Customer Care Professional

ExpenseAnywhere is one of the world's leading providers of cloud-based Corporate Spend Management solution. Our solutions automate business processes and provide end-to-end automation of Travel and Expense management, and Vendor Invoice Management processes. We are seeking a full-time Customer Care Specialist with excellent communication and presentation skills and background in web-based technologies.
Responsibilities include:
1. Provide Customer Support for our Software Products.
2. Work in tandem with the sales and technical teams
3. Document customer issues and resolution.
4. Interact with clients, management and project teams.
Required background and skills include:
1. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
2. 3-5 years experience in software support services
3. Must be able to multi-task and manage a number of projects at one time.
6. Bachelor's degree in accounting, computer science or related fields
7. People's person.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
