This role is responsible for customer and sales support from customer inquiry through billing.
This candidate must have professional maturity and previous management experience.
Day Shift:

00 AM - 5:
30 PMResponsibilities o Support Customer Service and Return Material teams; providing expert consultation & prioritization to the teams and escalation to the Sales Excellence Leader as needed.
o Support alignment between quoted lead times to Sales team, customer shipment promise dates, and production capacity o Provide support for Sales and Business development teams as needed to improve sales forecasting, customer support, and sales channel effectiveness o Support Sales and Business Development teams through account coordination, Proof of Concept installations, order entry, compliance with International requirements, shipping, tracking, invoicing, service and support
Qualifications Education:
Bachelors degree a plus.
Experience:
o Minimum 15 years experience in a senior role of customer service required.
o Experience working within structured quality assurance systems and developing new processes and procedures required.
Required Skills/Proficiencies:
o Microsoft Excel o Microsoft Word o MRP systems, Oracle preferred o Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills o Effective time management and multi-tasking.
